Morningcrest Solutions LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing high-quality AI Solutions for businesses, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and website development services (collectively, the "Services"). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for our Services. By engaging our Services, you agree to this policy.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the customized and resource-intensive nature of our Services, all payments for Services are non-refundable once the Service has been delivered or work has commenced, except as outlined below. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • AI solutions for businesses ( chatbots, automations etc)
  • Workflow Automation
  • SEO campaigns (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization).
  • PPC advertising campaigns (e.g., ad creation, management).
  • Website development projects (e.g., design, coding, deployment).

 

3. Limited Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon Service within the timeline specified in your service agreement, and the delay is solely due to our fault, you may request a full refund for the undelivered Service.
  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you cancel a Service before work begins (e.g., before we start keyword research, ad creation, or website design), you may request a full refund, less a 5% administrative fee to cover payment processing costs.
  • Unsatisfactory Website Development: For website development projects, if you are dissatisfied with the initial design mockup, you may request revisions. If, after two rounds of revisions, the mockup still does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you may request a partial refund of up to 50% of the project fee, provided no further work is completed.

 

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the event triggering eligibility (e.g., non-delivery, cancellation, or unsatisfactory mockup) at teamlead@morningcrestsolutions.com or via our Contact page at https://morningcrestsolutions.com/.
  • Provide your name, contact details, service agreement details, and a detailed explanation of the refund request.
  • We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

 

5. Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Services already delivered or partially completed (except as noted in Section 3).
  • Changes in your business needs or preferences after work has begun.
  • Results-based claims (e.g., specific search engine rankings or ad performance), as these are influenced by factors beyond our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, market conditions).
  • Third-party fees (e.g., ad spend for PPC campaigns, domain registration costs), which are non-refundable.

 

6. Cancellations

  • By You: You may cancel Services with 30 days’ written notice via email to teamlead@morningcrestsolutions.com. You remain liable for fees for work completed prior to cancellation. No refunds will be issued for completed work.
  • By Us: We reserve the right to cancel Services for non-payment, breach of our Terms of Service, or if continuing would violate applicable law. In such cases, you may be eligible for a partial refund for undelivered Services, at our discretion.

 

7. Payment Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your payment provider (e.g., Stripe, credit card issuer), we will provide documentation of the Services delivered. You agree to resolve disputes directly with us before initiating a chargeback, as unwarranted chargebacks may result in additional fees or suspension of Services.
